Pastor's Message

Dear Beloved Church Family,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

As I step into this new season with you, my heart is filled with gratitude for the Spirit of God that has already been moving among us. I believe, as Paul wrote in Ephesians 4, that we are called to “make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” That unity is not about sameness—it is about the power of Christ holding us together across our differences.

Our community is beautifully diverse—young and old, from many cultures and walks of life. Each of us brings unique gifts, perspectives, and testimonies. The Spirit reminds us that every voice matters and every hand is needed. Like the crew of a great ship, we cannot sail by the strength of a few; we move forward when everyone takes their place. The wisdom of our elders, the energy of our youth, the prayers of the faithful, the songs of praise, the acts of service, the quiet encouragements—all of these are threads in the fabric of our fellowship.

In the days ahead, let us commit ourselves to walk in humility, gentleness, patience, and love. Let us refuse to be divided by the world’s categories and instead embrace the greater reality: that we are one body in Christ. Together, with Christ at the center, we will dream dreams, see visions, and bear witness to the hope of the gospel.

I am humbled to serve alongside you and eager to see how God will use us—all of us—to bless this community and beyond. My prayer is that, when others see us, they will see not individuals striving alone, but a Spirit-filled family walking, worshiping, and witnessing together.

With love in Christ,
Rev. Robyn Monique Mars
